Ted Deinard, Quadrant (Investment Partner) – Chairman
Ted Deinard is a Managing Director at Quadrant Management where he has worked since 2008. Quadrant is a principal investment management firm based in New York, NY. Edwin Chia – Non-Executive Director
Edwin is a Non-Executive Director of the Torquay Group. He is a Chartered Accountant and founder of the corporate finance and CFO advisory business Corpfin Consulting. Edwin has led transactions in the UK and Australia across multiple sectors including manufacturing, industrials and technology. He continues to advise and work with companies to achieve their growth ambitions.
Tim Boyd – Non-Executive Director
Tim is based in Melbourne, Australia, and serves as a Non-Executive Director of THL Group. He has held senior executive roles across the manufacturing, transport and safety industries, leading operational improvements, growth strategies and M&A transactions in both Australia and the UK. Tim continues to support the THL team as they expand their presence in the ITS sector.
Pat Musgrave – Brand Ambassador
Pat founded P&D Specialist Services in 2008, before co-founding MVIS in 2012 where he became Managing Director in 2013. From 2017 to 2023, he was also Co-Owner and Director of Bartco Australia. Today, Pat brings his extensive industry experience to his role as Torquay Group Ambassador, Board Member and Shareholder.
